We provide a personal bespoke service and there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone and in meetings.

How We Work
At TPR Care Services we work in partnership with our customers to ensure a tailored service is provided, enabling the smooth running of your business in times when additional support or using agency staff is required.
We work alongside local authorities to provide a high standard of accommodation for our supported living services to enable young people aged 16+ to achieve independent living in the community.
All our Nursing, Care and Support Staff undergo a rigorous selection process and receive regular training. TPR Care Services is an accredited training centre and can provide training both in-house, for care homes and to the wider public.
We pride ourselves on our friendly approach, the quality of our staff and the service they provide. We have a low staff turnover and most of our team stay with us for a long time.

Marie Mungins
DIRECTOR AND TEAM LEADER
Marie is a registered nurse with over 30 years’ experience in the nursing home sector as a responsible individual, registered manager and quality assurance manager. Marie has achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children and Young People Services, Postgraduate Teaching Certificate and an NVQ Assessor’s award.
Juwrah Freeman
Clinical Lead and Trainer
Juwrah is a registered nurse and a specialist nurse practitioner and has over 30 years’ experience in both care homes and the community. He has a Postgraduate Teaching Certificate and has held a position of practice educator for the NHS.
Business Support and Admin Team
Our Business Support, HR and Admin team, Alex Fotheringham, Hazel, Oscar and Chester, work in partnership to provide support and efficiency in the day-to-day management of the business. The team has extensive expertise in business management in the sector.
